Troy is a beast in real estate. This man has been doing this a long time and NOTHING surprises him. He has the DFW market on lock and can even foresee what is coming. He knows what your house is worth and he knows what it will sell for. He is patient and flexible, and when curveballs arrive, this man handles them with ease. Troy is a fantastic realtor and will be there for you during the whole process.

Troy was amazing throughout the whole process, and made everything so much easier for us to understand and navigate. Anything we didn’t understand he would walk us through step by step, whether it was through calls, Zoom calls, or recorded videos, which were all very helpful for visually seeing what he would speak to. He was very patient with us, as we took some time to find what we really wanted, but he gave us great advice every step of the way, helping us to slowly guide us to what we were looking for. He was upfront and honest about everything, and did not hesitate to go out his way to schedule tours for us, or meeting with us for discussions on anything we had questions or concerns on. He also was great in negotiating things for us during the closing process of our home, and helped save us a lot of money and headache throughout the process. I am sure there is no realtor in the Dallas area that is more personable, reliable, attentive, and helpful than Troy. His wife Debora was also very helpful and provided great insight as well, and helped to ease some of my wife’s concerns along the way. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell their home here in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area.
