Troy was wonderful to work with. We had been told by our previous Realator that our house was unsellable due to repairs that needed to be made, and we would have to file bankruptcy. Not only did Troy find a wonderful buyer for our home. He went out of his way to source specialty plumbers that would bring the price of the fix down. Which lead to us to selling the home and being able to break even! He was very communicative, keeping me in the know every step of the way and being incredibly understanding of my needs as the sale was product of divorce. He made time to see both my ex husband and I separately and prioritized our privacy the whole way through. I am so grateful for all the time and hard work Troy put into our home.

Troy Sage is the consummate real estate professional that knows how to market a home and get you into a home for a fair competitive market price. Once we hired him to sell our property we got an offer 5 days on Market after being on the Market previously for almost 90days with a different agent. This whole experience has taught me a lot about a valuable selling skill that is so important to accomplish your objectives Troy actually Listens and has the appropriate compassion necessary to get the job done he got me into my new home as well. The key for any agent is reputation. I would ask any potential seller or buyer to always check references for any agent they are willing to hire to help sell or buy their most important asset your home do your due diligence.I don’t care what any one says selling and buying your home is not business as usual, emotions are intertwined in the process handle it well.

Troy helped me and my family find the perfect home under stressful circumstances. My husband was sick. I was starting a new job. I had a lot of responsibilities & Troy acted like a member of my family. He went above and beyond to help me and educate me with the whole house buying process.
