In all my past experiences with buying and selling properties with realtors here in Texas And in Arizona, Troy was by far the best realtor and friend out of them all. Troy went out of his way and helped me fix the sprinkler control system that my tenant messed up. He even helped fix some electrical sockets saving me hundreds of $$$ before the inspection was to be performed. Troy was by far the best and I would recommend him to anyone in the future that might need buying or selling a home in the future.

Troy was an awesome realtor. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through the closing and then the final walk through of our home. He suggested we have an outside inspector come and do an inspection. It was the best thing we could have done. He saved us money in the long run.
